Returns & Exchanges
Since Dry Babe® sleepwear is considered intimates apparel, we can only accept returns or exchanges
for unworn products.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Dry Babe® purchase, please return it within 30 days for
an exchange or refund. Products must have their original tags in place and must not have been worn.
Returning an Item
To return items purchased online, please follow these steps:
- Contact Dry Babe® customer service to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without the return authorization number. E mail email@example.com , telephone 516 510 9744.
- Complete the Merchandise Return & Exchange Form.
- Pack the item(s) securely. Please include all items and paperwork, including a copy of the sales receipt. All items must be returned in new and unworn condition to ensure credit.
- Ship your package to us. It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Dry Babe® cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- Return times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen when sending the return.
- It will take up to ten business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.
- It will take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.
- The original form of payment on the order will be credited. If your credit card is no longer valid, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 516 510 9744 to make arrangements for receipt of your credit.
- To exchange an item purchased from Dry Babe, indicate on the merchandise return form the new item you wish to make the exchange for.
